Privacy Policy

What we collect. Account data (email, password hash), the exchange API keys you provide, strategy settings, trade records generated by your strategies, optional Telegram chat ID for alerts, and standard server logs (IP address, timestamps).

How we use it. Solely to operate the service: running your strategies, showing your dashboards and reports, sending alerts you enabled, and billing. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except payment processing (Razorpay) and as required by law.

API keys. Your exchange API keys are stored encrypted at rest and used only to operate strategies you start. Use trading-only keys; never enable withdrawal permissions. You can replace your keys at any time.

Payments. Card/UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay and never touch our servers.

Retention & deletion. Data is retained while your account is active. Email us to delete your account and associated data; some billing records may be retained as required by law.

Security. HTTPS everywhere, encrypted credential storage, hardened access to our servers. No system is perfectly secure; report concerns to kirtisagar001@gmail.com.
