Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time — email kirtisagar001@gmail.com or use the Billing page. Cancellation stops all future charges; live-trading access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once the period has started, since live access is provisioned immediately. Exceptions, refunded in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days: (a) duplicate or erroneous charges, and (b) a verified inability on our side to provide live access during the billed period.

Trading losses are not refundable under any circumstances — strategies trade your own exchange account at your own risk, and subscription fees pay for software access, not trading outcomes.
