Terms & Conditions

1. Service. NorthVault provides software that runs automated trading strategies against the user's OWN exchange account (Delta Exchange India) using API keys the user supplies. We are a software provider; we are not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, or portfolio manager, and we never hold, receive, or transmit client funds or assets.

2. Eligibility. You must be 18+ and legally permitted to trade the relevant instruments in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your exchange agreements and for compliance with all regulations applicable to you.

3. Risk. Algorithmic trading involves substantial risk of loss. Strategies can and do lose money. Past performance, including backtests, does not predict future results. All orders placed through your API keys are your sole responsibility. Live trading requires your explicit, per-strategy activation and written acknowledgement.

4. Subscriptions. Paper (simulated) trading is free. Live trading requires a paid monthly subscription, billed in advance via Razorpay. Pricing is shown at checkout. See the Cancellation & Refund policy for cancellation terms.

5. Acceptable use. One account per person; do not share credentials, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the strategies, or use the service for unlawful activity.

6. Availability. We target high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees; markets, brokers, exchanges, and infrastructure can fail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim; we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages.

7. Termination. You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction.
